Our Inspections

We rigorously grade all used devices that we acquire, beginning with visual inspections and a functionality test. Next, we check the IMEI of each device to ensure that they are not blacklisted or reported as stolen, before using our meticulous SmartCheckProcess system to check that all data has been removed, and that the phones are completely wiped.

We are a fresh and exciting new entrant into the used mobile phone market, specialising in used handsets on a wholesale basis, high-quality refurbished devices and dropshipping. We provide both Android (primarily Samsung) and iOS phones.

We accept two payment methods: PayPal and bank transfer. If you choose to pay via PayPal your delivery address must match your PayPal account address, and there will be a 3.5% surcharge.

After your payment has been checked and cleared, shipping for your order will be organized. We will inform you that we have shipped your order through either livechat or Whatsapp, you will receive a tracking number as soon as possible. Once shipped, it should take 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. If you order fewer than 5 devices, our shipping fee is 40GBP/45EUR. For larger orders, leave us your contact details and inform us of the products you wish to purchase. You will hear from an account manager within 24-48 working hours.
Our warranty period lasts for 14 days, although this does not apply for phones sold at a discounted price. Contact us for more information. Very occasionally an item may be faulty; if this is the case, email us with a video/screenshot of the fault, and our team will try to solve the problem. Please ensure that you read and understand our grading system before purchasing to avoid disappointment with your order.
VAT is included in our price to make our services as transparent as possible. We can provide you with a VAT invoice if requested, but we will add an extra 3% to your bill for this service.
We have warehouses in six countries: The United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Hong Kong.

Our Grading Policy

How do we grade our handsets?
We have four different grades that we assign to our phones: A+, A, B and C. The rating of each handset is based solely on cosmetic condition, since our testing, IMEI check and SmartCheckProcess ensure that all of our phones are in full working order. They come unlocked and fully wiped, meaning that they are ready to use straight away.

Grade A+

Our Grade A+ handsets are pristine and appear brand new, without signs of wear and tear at all.

Grade A

Our Grade A handsets appear almost new. There may be some minor signs of wear and tear, but generally these are almost imperceptible. All in all, phones of this grade are in great condition.

Grade B

Our Grade B handsets are in very good condition, but their signs of wear and tear are more prominent. There may be scratches on the phone which can be seen in certain lights.

Grade C

Our Grade C handsets are in good but used condition, with fairly obvious indications of wear and tear.
